Congratulations to the Diane Flood!
Winner of the Live Free at 668 Euclid Sweepstakes!!
Downtown Cleveland: Last night, at 5pm, the Downtown Cleveland Alliance and the K&D Group hosted the grand prize drawing for the Live Free at 668 Euclid Sweepstakes. Diane Flood from Lakewood (one of 32 contestants to participate in the grand prize drawing) selected the live key FOB that opened the grand prize door. She won the grand prize, a two bedroom 1400 sq foot apartment at the new
Residences at 668 Euclid, rent-free for an entire year! Diane and her husband will be the first residences of Downtown’s newest residential address.
During the press conference, the K&D Group announced the signing of a two-level fitness center to be part of the Residences at 668 Euclid. The 20,000 sq foot Titan’s Gym will be a new full–service gym for Downtown.

Pictures of the model suite at 668 Euclid, Diane and her husband will move into a similar sized apartment which will also face Prospect Avenue. The Prospect side of the 668 project is slated to open in mid-August.
