The 8th Annual Sparx City Hop is TOMORROW! From 11:00 am - 11:00 pm, Lolly the Trolley will provide two free trolley routes that will connect the 10 participating neighborhoods of Sparx City Hop. The hub for both trolley routes is E.4th Street and Prospect, in the heart of Downtown. From there, City Hoppers can choose from two directions:
