Phoenix Coffee on West 9th Street is offering curbside service for customers starting Wednesday December 16th through Thursday December 31st as a holiday service treat.
Phoenix Coffee serves award-winning French Press coffee, state-of-the-art espresso shots, freshly baked muffins and pastry, bagel sandwiches, gourmet loose teas, bubble tea & features skilled and sassy baristas who serve gorgeous “latte art”.
In order to use the curbside service, customers will need to stop in the store first and pre-pay for the service, a minimum of $20.00, plus a $4.00 service fee. This will enable the customer to then just call ahead (10 minutes is ideal) so that the staff can get the order ready. The customer will then need to call once more when he or she is actually at the curb, and the staff will bring the product out to the curb.
“Downtown parking can be difficult and with the rush of the holidays, we’re hoping that this service will help our customers breathe easier and enjoy their coffee more,” says Phoenix’s CEO & superbarista Sarah Wilson-Jones. “As a small business competing with larger chains, we have to be creative and inventive in order to differentiate ourselves. This curbside service wouldn’t be possible without our entrepreneurial-minded staff. As far as I know, we are the first ones to offer a service like this.”
